Time Table


CrossFit - Every workout is different but each follows the same basic structure which includes a warm-up, movement explanation, and demonstration followed by a supervised 60-minute class. All movements can be scaled to suit every individual from a beginner to an advanced athlete.

Open Gym - 45min to 60min throughout the day where members can access the gym for uncoached, self guided training. Only available to members on recurring memberships (not available to members on prepaid passes)

Barbell Club - A hour and 15-minute long class where the focus is on our Olympic weightlifting movements: Clean and Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Split Jerk, Hang movements etc. More specific coaching with our specialized weightlifting coach is designed to make our movements more efficient and build capacity.
